Chicken Pho

Ingredients :

  • 10 quarts water
  • 3 pounds chicken bones
  • 1 whole chook
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (1 inch) piece ginger
  • 1 (32 fluid ounce) box chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup rock sugar
  • three teaspoons fish sauce
  • 2 cubes pho ga soup seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 (sixteen ounce) packages rice stick noodles (banh pho)
  • half of pound bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch inexperienced onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 6 sprigs Thai basil, or as wished

Instructions :
