- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- half of pound bacon
- 1 large head romaine lettuce leaves, torn into chunk length portions
- 1 (eight ounce) bottle bottled Caesar salad dressing
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese to taste
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 (10 ounce) bundle (6-inch) pocket pita bread, halved
